Every Parallax Supply product carries a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting on the delivery date. If a product fails in normal use during that period, we will repair it, replace it, or refund it — our choice, and always at no cost to you.
Email info@parallaxsupply.shop with your order number, a description of the fault and a couple of photos or a short clip showing it. We usually resolve claims within two business days and do not require you to ship the item back before we decide.
This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, the rights you have under applicable consumer protection law. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the limitation above may not apply to you.
